As the prime voice for farmers, Cottonguru strongly advocated for the urgent need to define an Indian System for Organic Cotton Certification. This reform is essential to unlock higher productivity and income for smallholder cotton farmers, while also reinforcing India's leadership in sustainable textiles.

A unified national approach is the key to achieving India’s dual mission of Doubling Farmers' Income and Reaching $100 Billion in Textile Exports by 2030.
